System Components
Complete Repair Kit
Each ANDA bandage kit includes everything needed for immediate field repair. No specialized tools or equipment required.
Fiberglass Bandage
Pre-impregnated with water-activated polyurethane resin for instant activation
Steel Putty
High-strength epoxy putty for leak sealing and surface preparation
Safety Kit
Latex gloves and technical data sheet included with every bandage
Application Process
Simple 3-Step Application
Activate Resin
Immerse the bandage in clean water for approximately 10 seconds to activate the polyurethane resin system.
Wrap & Apply
Tightly wrap the activated bandage around the damaged area with 50% overlap. Minimum 12 layers (≥10mm thickness), extending 50mm beyond damage.
Cure & Deploy
Resin begins surface curing within 3-5 minutes. System reaches operational strength in 20 minutes, forming a rigid structural repair layer.
Application Guidelines
- • Ensure a minimum wrap thickness of 10mm (12 layers) for structural integrity
- • Extend repair bandage at least 50mm beyond the damaged area on all sides
- • For active leaks, apply steel putty first to seal, then wrap bandage for structural reinforcement
- • Clean and dry pipe surface before application for optimal adhesion

Competitive Edge
Why Choose ANDA
ANDA composite repair bandages deliver superior performance compared to traditional repair methods, reducing downtime and operational costs while providing permanent structural integrity.
Rapid Deployment
Complete repair in 15-20 minutes with operational readiness in under 30 minutes. No welding, hot work permits, or specialized equipment required.
Universal Compatibility
Works on steel, aluminum, PVC, concrete, and composite pipes. Compatible with various geometries including straight runs, elbows, and flanges.
Cost-Effective
Significantly reduces costs compared to pipe replacement or welding. Minimizes production downtime and eliminates need for specialized contractors.
Customizable Solutions
Multiple standard sizes available with custom dimensions and resin formulations to meet specific project requirements and operating conditions.
Storage Requirements
Proper storage ensures maximum shelf life and product performance. Follow these guidelines for optimal material preservation.
Temperature Control
Store in cool environment below 30°C (86°F). Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and heat sources.
Dry Environment
Maintain in dry, well-ventilated location. Moisture exposure can prematurely activate the water-reactive resin system.
Package Integrity
Keep in sealed aluminum foil packaging until ready for use. Avoid puncturing, squeezing, or compressing bags.
Shelf Life
Unopened packages maintain full performance for 24 months (2 years) from manufacture date when properly stored.
Important Storage Warnings
- • Do NOT store near chemicals, solvents, or reactive materials
- • Do NOT refrigerate or freeze - maintain ambient temperature below 30°C
- • Once opened, use immediately. Partial packages cannot be resealed for storage
- • Inspect packaging for damage before storage. Compromised seals may reduce shelf life
